the necessary information. After the whole procedure, the opening will be
announced in the site of the company and of Elancers.

completing all the desired fields, click on Save;

To
open a confidential opening, use the fantasy code, summarize the referring
information of the company.
Now applicants can search for
opportunities by accessing you site.

It is possible to generate a selective
process in two ways:
1st - To generate Selective Process through
the opening:
Openings
Maintenance;
Select
the fields as desired and click on Search;
Click
on the code of the opening you want to work with;
At
the end of the page, click on Generate Selective Process Now.

The form is partially filled with some
information regarding the opening linked to the Process. Just fill the
information in the fields in blank and Click on Save.

In the maintenance you can change
information, close, cancel, suspend or leave in stand by the Selective
Process.

Attention: When closing or
canceling the Selective Process, it is impossible to reopen. To verify the
history of the processes, please access the option Graphics & Reports.
Note: Never forget to click
on SAVE
when the form is complete.




Search and Selection
of Applicants
1st - To search for applicants, use the code
of the opening that was generated by the system when it was saved.

Complete the fields with the profile of
the applicant that you are looking for and click on Search.

Select the applicants that you want to
send to the Selective Process and click on Save

Ending all the Phases:
When concluding all the phases, it is
important to close the Openings and the Selective Process.
Note:
There is no need to close both in the same time; you can close the Opening and
start working with the selective process, and just after the recruitment of the
employee you can close the Selective Process.
The Human
Resources can delete only the openings, but cannot delete a Selective Process.
To do it, the Human Resource area should send a request to Elancers Corp.
