The impact of the use of paper in hiring

Recent studies show that most brazilian companies use old and not effective methods for hiring people.

Whether for lack of proper use of technology or employment of old habits or absence of intelligent processes, the fact is that there is significant loss of productivity and time in making the activity of recruiting and selecting persons in companies.

These findings alone would be sufficient for the good administrator lighting the red light of danger in times of optimizing resources and pursuit of productivity, however the issue of preserving the environment and conscious use of resources - sustainability, forcing us to examine the issue under another dimension.
